Warehousing Services: Manchester UK

Part of our business is to provide warehousing services. Our purpose-built operating centre in Greater Manchester covers an area of 2.5 acres (10,117 sq.m), including 32,000 sq ft ( 2,973 sq.m) of storage. The site has manned security to cover non-operational periods and is also monitored by BT Red Care alarm system.

This facility allows us to offer our clients two separate storage services:

Storage Only Warehousing Services

We have UK clients who do not have sufficient storage space available on their own premises or who recognise its value and choose to use it for different purposes. We work with these clients by providing secure, cost-effective storage space within our warehousing services. We store their goods in a separate section, away from the hustle and bustle of the busy loading area. They can then access these goods as required to deliver more stock, to check stock levels, or to arrange alternative transportation. They benefit from freeing up valuable storage space yet having confidence that their goods are housed securely.

Full Service Solution of Storage, Distribution and Transport throughout the UK.

We have contracts to deliver products that come in to our warehouse from Holland, France and Finland. These clients choose to use our warehouse facilities as their UK distribution base. We have developed excellent working relationships with them where we accept delivery of their products, store them, manage inventory and distribute these goods on their behalf. These cover a wide variety of items from storage heaters and refrigeration units to camping trailers and fragile display units. Their sales teams liaise with us on delivery requirements and we take care of the rest allowing them to focus on sales activities in the full knowledge that they are working with a professional and reliable partner.
